Return & Refund Policy

At Dot&Drape, every product is carefully designed and inspected before dispatch. We want you to love what you receive.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product arrives damaged.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please email us at support@dotndrape.com with:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Reason for return

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings
• Normal layer lines or slight texture differences inherent to 3D printing
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
